Could One File Lay-offs Under This Category..?

Many/most a great few of us on this forum are FROM Disney- but were it by design, happenstance or Lay-off; how many of us made it back in- especially given the odds stacked against you concerning the new "HR Machine" that seems to block all but the most formidable word-search tools on the internet?

Me personally?  I was "chucked to the curb" with about 2000 others back in March of '09- with the exception of two "mercy interviews" I've not received so much as a "pound sand, punk" from TPTB...

Left on the best of terms [well, as best as "follow these two armed gentlemen to your car, we'll box your personal items for pick up at a later date- thanks for being with us!"] and it's as if "The Indy Boulder" has slammed shut on the hallowed doors of employment out there...

What say the rest of you?
