forced three day availabitlity

I started working for Walt Disney World July 31, 2007 as a part timer. I already had a full time job at Super Target and when I did backlands custodial showkeeping at DHS the latest I would work there was until 7 pm and I only had to give two days of availability. After three months I transfered to monorails and still remained two days a week though for a year or two fought to to have scheduling work with my other job as I work overnight/ early 4 am four to five days a week at Super Target.

Lately I have been asked to do things in monorails that I have not done since the monorail incident on July 4th. After voicing my concern of not being comfortable or needing refreshing they tell me I signed off on everything and they can only pay to train someone so much so I am being voluntarily and at the same time forced out the department, but to my understaning I may transfer back in  year or two.

Now comes the question any area I go to since Disney inacted a three day availability policy I am told I am not grandfathered in and they tell me they won't work with me wherever I go. I never changed status as far as part time to full or seasonal. I have remained part time. I don't see how they can do this. This July 31, 2012 will make 5 years with the company and it just makes it very hard to have any day off or time to enjoy. I live an hour and 15 minutes away yet give myself two hours on the safe side. Disney can take up my whole day where my other job does not affect me.

Is there any way to argue, fight, or have them work with me on the two day availability I had when I started? Is there any reccomendations or suggestions besides quitting on job or the other or going down a day or status at Disney. I want to make it to the 15 year and 45 years of age at Disney so I can get my silver maingate pass and keep it when I leave the company. From my understanding is I have to be part time or full time to do this.
