thinking about disney maintenance or construction.. any help would be appreciated

I'm a licensed / journeyman electrician from NJ interested in working for Disney's electrical maintenance department.  Can anyone give me some insight into the day-to-day operations of that department (i.e. shifts, type of work, etc.)  I'm also looking for info on Disney's subsidiary the Buena Vista Construction Company. I can't seem to find much about either.  Thank you
