I enjoyed VW/VL- as mentioned already there was somebody at all hours of the day or night you could meet and we all tended to be relatively decent people- oh, there were scumbags trolling for trim out there- including the fence/wall hoppers but they were few and far between...
Made some great friends during my stay there- one of which eventually landed us both in Imagineering some few years later.

I'll be honest. The only reason I *initially* stayed at Vista was because it's the cheapest. I didn't exactly have the money to afford Chatham, or especially Patterson (my position was going to be paying minimum wage, and I wanted to have SOME money for myself.) So I chose Vista. I was actually pleasantly surprised. The stove/oven sucked, and there was some missing items, but it wasn't too bad. I stayed away from the hot tub, though. The first thing we heard about upon arrival was the hot tub. But the pools were nice, and it was great that all I had to do was go a few buildings down to hop on the bus heading to the formal. Plus, being within walking distance of Walgreen's (dropped a few hundred on liquor,) Wendy's, and Crossroads (it's not that far a walk,) definitely had its advantages.
